eFACiLiTY® Extension Tools
eFACiLiTY® provides 250+ pre-configured reports and graphs and a Maintenance Dashboard that shows a standard set of Key Performance Indicators (KPI). The system has other tools like the KPI Builder, Custom Report Builder, Pivot Grid Builder for the business users to generate a plethora of custom reporting requirements on their own simple wizards.
eFACiLiTY® KPI Builder
- KPIs can be defined in the system simply by using some basic SQL queries and the dynamic parameters can be configured
- A KPI dashboard / chart can be created by including many KPIs
- The dynamic parameters can be either made selectable by the user dynamically or pre-supplied for displaying the data of a particular Site or Asset Type etc
- The KPI dashboards can be linked to the menu system and privileges can be defined for limiting the access of the same
- Drill Down provision to view detailed report for the values displayed in the Charts / KPIs
- Bar Graphs, Gauges and Pie Charts can be created
- Color schemes can be varied for each KPI
- Auto-refreshing KPIs to show latest readings in the KPI Charts
eFACiLiTY® Custom Reports Builder
- End users can create simple reports easily and save them for future use
- A easy to use Query Builder helps the users to construct a report by selecting the required tables / reports
- The reports can be formatted by the end-user as per individual needs
- These reports can also be linked to the eFACiLiTY® menu system and user access privileges can be defined protecting the security
- The output data can be exported to XLS, CSV, PDF and other formats
- Complex reports involving pre-processing and multiple queries can be managed by making use of stored procedures and this would need some good SQL knowledge
- The tool is aided by a data dictionary that provides details on what data is stored where

- End users can create pivot grids that are similar to pivot tables available in Microsoft Excel
- A easy to use Query Builder helps the users to construct a report by selecting the required tables / reports
- The reports can be formatted by the end-user as per individual needs
- These reports can also be linked to the eFACiLiTY® menu system and user access privileges can be defined protecting the security
